Unfortunately damages can happen during shipment. Please bear in mind that most of the items on the website are custom orders prepared to your specifications .Therefore purchases are non-refundable. However, if your framing arrives with a damage, please click return/exchange button with in 30 days of purchase and I will issue a replacement.
If your purchase of vintage frame or original artwork has not met your expectations you may exchange or have credit applied to other merchandise.
Please retain your original packaging .Include your order number and photos of the damage and/or reason for the return.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or replacement.
