Original Pet Portrait 11 x 14 . Details: Generally 2-4 weeks is ample time to create each portrait. However, during the holiday gift giving season it may run a bit longer. Each portrait is created from photos that you will submit digitally once your order is confirmed. To ensure a good likeness share photo’s that are in focus and show eye and coat accurately . It’s also great to see photo’s and video’s that show your pets personality.Once your order is received a sketch will be shared with you . This will show you the composition and background elements included. Once your portrait is completed, I’ll send a finished photo . At this point we can address any minor tweaks to the portrait. Each portrait is hand painted just for you . That being said, there are no refunds once the order is placed.Shipping is included with insurance in case of a damage which might occur while in transit.If your portrait arrives with a damage, I will either repair or replace it . Notify me within 14 days. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for return replacement. I believe that covers the basic’s .
